Legal Counsel (m/f/d)
What will be your responsibilities:
- Provide Comprehensive legal and strategic advice on issues of pharmaceutical and medical device law, focus on regulatory issues of all kinds
- Pharmaceutical advertising, competition and trademark law assessment of products and marketing materials
- Contract law advice, in particular drafting and reviewing distribution, manufacturing, licensing, consulting and speaker agreements
- Handling of civil, corporate and administrative law issues, interaction with competent authorities
- Compliance in the healthcare sector
- Provide broad legal advice to Global Functions and other Affiliates
- Drafting and review of International Contracts (License, Manufacturing, Supply, Distribution, NDA, Clinical and Observational studies, Consultancy, Services, etc)
- Asses commercial conducts and provide practical advice
- Liaise and monitor with external counsels
- Monitor legal developments and provide awareness to the Company
- Support in the drafting and revision of Compliance Policies
What you should bring:
- Degree in Law in Germany (a successful outcome on State exams is not needed)
- Knowledge of pharma sector (in particular on regulatory) either with specific education or business experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a pharma specialized law firm or as an in-house counsel in a Pharma Company
- Knowledge of international environment
- Native or perfect German an Proficient in English
- Used to work with multinational and multi-disciplinary environments
